Living in a wireless world ...

CanoraWave

Corporation Inc.

History

CanoraWave’s role as pioneer, innovator and visionary in High-speed internet communication is universal and unique. Originally founded as VISION S.I.A. Inc. in 1992, a research and development (R&D) company who focused on software development and support.

One of its achievements was to implement a management information system for the largest rum producer in Haiti Barbancourt S.A. from start to finish, beginning with the hardware installation to the software development and completing with training and support.

Then the company focused more on internet web hosting and telephone reselling services, having his clients in North America and third world countries. Taking advantage of the deregulation of the telecom industry Vision M.I.S. Inc. (Ex Vision S.I.A. Inc.) was using voice over IP to serve major long distance resellers.

Since then the company introduced his first product in 2003: the Canorawave RDPP. Proving itself to be the global leader in wireless high speed internet communication. Therefore bringing this service to area and countries that cannot afford high speed internet access due to the astronomic infrastructure cost of deploying DSL or Optic Fiber.

Canorawave has kept moving at the pace people are living in. Today only the large cities of the industrial world have access to high speed internet. With Canorawave, any place in the planet, whether they are small islands, small villages, military fix or mobile bases, hotels or industrial parks, can have access to high speed internet with practically no infrastructure cost.

Our Mission

To offer the most efficient and economic way to deploy and maintain a High Speed Internet Network at a fraction of the cost of the DSL and cable technology in regions that until now cannot have access to it.

Our deployment is close to no infrastructure cost.

Our Business Model

CanoraWave is seeking to sell to any given qualified partner a minimum of two hundred units, for starters, that could be deployed in one or several cells depending of the geography of each given region. The average price of such a quantity should average a 1000 USD per unit. For lager orders prices would be negotiated accordingly.

Therefore with average monthly fees of $50 you could generate a $100.000,00 USD net revenue after paying a yearly support fees to Canorawave Corporation. Resulting in a 50% return on your $200 000 USD investment or with a payback of two years.

The number of wireless internet subscribers in the US grew from 5 million users in year 2000 to 84 million in 2005. worldwide it grew from 21.5 million to 596 million in 2005.

The Market

Only some large metropolitan areas have access to the Internet High Speed Network. For example in the province of Québec only 17.9% of the families have access to Internet High Speed. Statistic Canada indicated that in Canada 4.2% of the families utilize on a regular basis the Internet; 24.1% at Low Speed and 17.9% at High Speed.

Essentially, the Internet High Speed Service is only available in large metropolitan areas such as: Montréal, Québec, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Hull, Chicoutimi-Jonquière. The rest of Quebec, approximately 2,487,743 people don’t have access to Internet High Speed (bulletin #88-003-XIF, Cat. Vol. 5 No. 1, February 2003).

People and businesses located in large metropolitan areas benefit considerably from the Internet High Speed Service. According to a study from «PC Computing», the simple fact to have access to Internet High Speed has allowed businesses to save more than 1400 hours of work per year. In total a small or a medium business saves up to $33,418 per year. For example the Internet High Speed allows downloading a 2Mo file in less than 20 seconds instead of more than 90 seconds with a 56K modem.

The Internet High Speed is capable of reducing operating costs such as: invoice payments, reception of purchase orders, internal and external communication (like training), video conferencing, etc.

Market opportunity

RDPP is a protocol made for WI/FI or WiMax or any other RF protocols as long as it's a TCPIP base protocol. Wireless, combine with miniaturization and verry small power source, will lead the way to a lot of applications in the near future. A market opportunity of over 10 billon in the year 2010.

For now, no one really owns that market witch is at the present year at around 325 millions. And yes, RDPP can be put to very good use when dealing with RF, it opens all kind of new opportunities that where left behind because of the limits of the wireless 802.11x.
